Chapter 1

Article 1. Definitions

Chapter 2 Purchasing Products

Article 4. Purchase of Products

  • Users can use this service to purchase products from us.
  • If a User wishes to purchase a Product, the User must apply to purchase the Product in accordance with the procedures separately specified by the Company.
  • In making such application, the User will confirm the delivery address, order details and other information that they have entered and registered, then click the "Order" button. A sales contract for the relevant product will be deemed to have been formed between the User and us at the time when the User receives an email from us confirming the order details.
  • Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct occurs in relation to the use of this Service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
  • Minors may not use the Service to purchase products without the prior consent of a competent legal guardian.

Article 5. Changes to Registration Information

The purchaser must promptly notify us of any changes in whole or in part to the name, address, or other information provided to us at the time of purchase. Even if a change is registered, any transactions that have already been processed before the change will be carried out based on the information before the change was registered.

Article 6. Payment Method

  • The amount to be paid for a product will be the total of the product's sales price displayed on the website, plus consumption tax, shipping and handling fees.
  • Payment for products purchased through this service shall be limited to payment methods specified by us.
  • If payment is made by credit card, the terms of the contract that the purchaser enters into with the credit card company shall be complied with. If any dispute arises between the purchaser and the credit card company in relation to the use of the credit card, the purchaser and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute between themselves.
  • If a payment method is specified for this service and a separate contract (including but not limited to agreement to the terms of the payment method) is made between the purchaser and the payment company that owns the payment method, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of the separate contract with the payment company. If any dispute arises between the purchaser and the payment company in relation to the payment method, the purchaser and the payment company shall be responsible for resolving it between themselves.

Article 7. Return of Products

We will handle returns of products from purchasers in accordance with the "Special Terms and Conditions for Returns" in the "Information Regarding the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" posted on the website.

  2. Any act that infringes or may infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, patents, other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of a third party or our company
  3. Any act that violates public order and morals or other laws and regulations, or that may be likely to do so
  4. Any act by a user or purchaser of content obtained through this service that is used for anything other than personal use
  5. Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or making publicly available any content obtained through this service via other users or third parties other than other users, or any other similar actions
  6. Any action that interferes with the operation of this service or other services provided by us
  7. Any act that we reasonably consider to be inappropriate, such as damaging or damaging our credibility.

  1. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a third party as a result of a user or purchaser's violation of these terms and conditions.
  2. We make no guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness or any other aspect of the content of the Service or the information that Users or Purchasers obtain through the Service.
  3. In principle, We shall not be liable to Users or Purchasers for any damages incurred as a result of the use of the Service, and We shall not be obligated to compensate such damages. However, if the disclaimer clause does not apply because the contract between Us and a User or Purchaser based on these Terms constitutes a consumer contract as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), the provisions in these Terms that completely exempt Us from liability shall not apply. Furthermore, if the contract based on these Terms constitutes a consumer contract and We are liable for damages based on default or tort, We shall be liable for damages up to the amount paid by the User or Purchaser to Us under these Terms during the past year prior to the date of occurrence of the damage, unless We have acted intentionally or grossly negligently.
  4. If a Purchaser fails or refuses to receive the Product, is unable to receive the Product due to an extended absence or an unknown delivery address, or is otherwise unable to receive the Product due to the Purchaser's circumstances, We will fulfill our obligation to deliver the Product by contacting the contact information registered by the Purchaser and by bringing or delivering the Product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchasing the Product, and We will be released from said obligation.

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous Provisions

Article 11. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

The content provided through this service belongs exclusively to us or to a legitimate third party. If a problem arises between a user or purchaser and a third party as a result of violation of the provisions of this article, the user or purchaser shall resolve such problem at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause us any damage, loss or disadvantage.

Article 12. Governing Law

The governing laws of these Terms and Conditions shall be entirely in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13. Consultation and Jurisdiction

If any matter not specified in these Terms or any doubt arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms, we and the user or purchaser shall seek to resolve it promptly through consultation in accordance with the principle of good faith. It is agreed in advance that all disputes relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
